Stephen,

You see both spellings here in the UK. ComplEmentary suggests the idea of a supplement to a service and complImentary suggests the idea of a free service. I've checked it out and seen that the normal US collocation is complImentary drinks.

Hello, Pearson,

Firstly, I'd like to thank you very much for your excercises, I find them very helpful in improving my English. But I've noticed there was something wrong with the last activity (the second exercise to be exact), the percentage of the correct answers is not adequetly calculated. I hope you'll check the software and everything will be OK again.
Thanks again for your work.
Have a nice day,
Maria.

Dear Mr Pearson BROWN,

As an english learner,I am very grateful for what you have done to help us learn more about business letter writing.

But I think there is a little spelling mistake in the lesson--"Bonus English Lessons -a complaint ",specifically speaking,in this sentence--"complementary tea or other refreshments were provided by your staff as I waited".I think the word "complementary" should be replaced by the word "complimentary" so that the sentence can truly make sense.

However, this is merely my personal opinion.I am not sure it is right or not. So,would you kindly give me your feedback as soon as possible?

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully
